Soccer In The Streets is pleased to announce a formal affiliation with Georgia State
Soccer Association. Soccer Streets' affiliation with GSSA has paid immediate dividends with preparation for the Heroes
Cup Tournament on November 18, 2000. In addition, discussions continue to support efforts for Soccer Streets to become
a USYSA affiliate and partner with Soccer Start in Georgia.
Susanne Conlon, Special Programs Director for Georgia Youth Soccer, recently accepted
a position on the Soccer Streets National Board of Directors and serves on the Soccer Streets local Executive Committee. Susanne
has been instrumental in assisting Soccer Streets develop partnerships and provide support staff for Georgia Soccer Streets
chapters. We are looking forward to a positive long-term affiliation with GSSA.
